NCARG on PGI 64bit LINUX

Dear Group,
I have downloaded and build NCARG on the LINUX cluster, with PGI (PGF95..)
compiler.
I followed the instructions on website, after final installation as a check
when I am typing in command line

[akhil_at_typhoon ~/ncarg_test]$ ncargex cpex08

NCAR Graphics Fortran Example <cpex08>

  Copying cpex08.f

  Copying cpexcc.f

Compiling and linking...
pgf95 -O -o cpex08 cpexcc.f cpex08.f -L/home/akhil/soft/ncarg-4.4.1/lib
-L/opt/pgi/linux86-64/6.2/lib -lncarg -lncarg_gks -lncarg_c -lX11
cpexcc.f:
cpex08.f:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lX11

The compile and link failed.

What is the possible mistake ???
