This is kind of off the beaten path and there are no
guarantees, but if you are producing
PostScript output, then you can make some mods to the
PostScript file itself to enlarge the output. Go down into
the PostScript file about 295 lines and right after
the "%%Page: 1 1" (or any Page break) you will see a
line beginning with

0.04000 0.04000 A

In this line increase the 0.04000 numbers to something larger,
like 0.10000 and look at the output. Continue to experiment
until you get the size you want.

If you have lots of images, or lots of files, then you
can write a script to make the changes.
