Saurabh,

If ctrans, idt, and/or idt are not building, then it may be that
the build system can't find your X11 libraries, or else it's still
trying to build in HDF support and failing. Maybe you have already done
so, but can you send us your full "make-output" file? You don't
need to send it back to ncarg-talk. You can send it to myself
(haley_at_ucar.edu) and Rick (grubin_at_ucar.edu).
