Problem with NCARG plots?

Dear NCARG Users,

   I am working on STSWM and I have 2 doubts regarding NCAR Graphics.

   1) I installed NNCAR Graphics Successfully on Fedora Core 4 system
from the source. When I am using the idt tool ( X window interactive
image display tool ) of the NCARG, it is giving the following message
and displaying the contents:

       Display(0): Can't find any spooled devices for printing
       Display(0): 31
My query is why it is giving this meaasge? Is there any problem with the
installation? All the remaining binaries are working fine.

   2) While plotting the fields using NCARG, it is showing zero contouring
levels. How to remove these zero contouring levels from the plot?

    Any suggestions, ideas or comments would be appreciated. Thanks in
advance.
