Re: NCAR Graphics and NCL - now one package!

Hi Orion,

I hear you, and wish we didn't have to require the registration.

Because this project is funded by the government, we occasionally have
to provide fairly accurate metrics that our software is being
downloaded and from how many different sites. When we don't require
some kind of verification that a download is from a unique person, we
have no way of providing meaningful metrics.

Still, we are open to ideas for improvement, if anybody has them.
