In the directions for installing NCAR Graphics it says to:
" 1. Set the environment variable NCARG_ROOT to the parent directory
of where you installed everything."
The following is where "everything" was installed. What should I set my
NCARG_ROOT environment variable to?

then I run :

bash: ctrans: command not found
There is no "ctrans" on the system. Did I miss something during
installation?
