Hello-

I am trying to animate ncl graphics using mpeg_player on a
Sun Ultra 10. I use ngcm2mpeg to convert the ncl graphics to mpeg.
The animations look great but run too fast. I realize that you can slow
down the graphic using -framerate, but I want to imbed the slower
framerate so that somebody downloading the graphic from the
internet will be able to view it at an acceptable rate on
any platform. Is this possible?
