ctrans error

Hi,

I have a simple XY plotting program that I created to use NCARG 4.0.1.
When I choose an X-window workstation, it works fine. When I choose
a NCGM workstation, the program runs, but I get an error from ctrans
when I try to open the resulting gmeta file. The error I get is:

ctrans: FATAL - Error fetching CGM element : Success

Does anyone know what this error message means, and how to fix the
problem that is causing it?
