mm5+terrain plot error

Hai all,

                   We had installed ncarg 4.4.1 version in our linux
workstation to visualise mm5 TERRAIN output.
The problem is that when we view the terrain output the latitude and
longitude values shown are not correct,
 but the plot shows the same region what we select . Only problem is with
the values shown in the x and y direction.
Also the coast line that we got is not satisfactory. We select 3 domains
with 27km , 9km and 3km resolutions respectively.
The output plot that we got shows the same coast line for all three domains.
We couldn't get any high resolution output for inner domains.
May I know what is the problem. If it need I will attach my plots.

Please help me. The system details are shown below.
(HP XW4400 with Redhat Enterprises 4U4 X86 -64WSfor intel 64 (EM 64T
preprocessor) intel fortran compiler -ifort 9.0 )
