New version of NCAR Graphics available

We're pleased to announce a new version of NCAR Graphics, V4.4.2, is
available.

This version contains a new package called VASPACKT that enables
you to generate vectors and streamlines on a triangular mesh. For

I'm working on adding more binaries (like for Cygwin and for Linux
i686 systems running gcc version 3). Email me personally if you don't
see a binary you want.

If you build NCAR Graphics 4.4.2 on an unsupported system and would
like us to provide the binaries to other users, we would be happy to
do so.

We hope that this will be our last release before we combine NCAR
Graphics and the NCAR Command Language (NCL) into one downloadable
package with source code and binaries available for the whole deal!
