building 32bit version

Hi,

I have successfully built NCAR graphics on a 64bit dual-opteron system running
Fedora Core 6, and PGI compilers version 7.0-4. I would also like to build the
32bit version on same system, but am running into difficulty, is there a
documented sequence of steps to follow for doing that?
