help me, please

Hello, I'm writing this line because need help. I'm installed NCAR
Graphics in my system, because when type in the console

env

the options don't appears are NCARG_BIN and NCAR_INCLUDE, so I don't to
run my programs the error message occurs, the only options are listed
with env is type, are:

1) NCARG_FONTCAPS=/usr/lib64/ncarg/fontcaps

2) NCARG_GRAPHCAPS=/usr/lib64/ncarg/graphcaps

3) NCARG_ROOT=/usr

4) NCARG_LIB=/usr/lib64/ncarg

5) NCARG_NCARG=/usr/share/ncarg

I'm have installed FEDORA 19 x86_64 on dell Inspiron 1564.

It's posible I'm don't linking of form correct and these is reason I'm
not rum the program. I'm very inexpert in this,
