Ncar - line

good afternoon.I'm needing help.Anyone can tell me how change the line of figure?
It is one mask or one vegetable , and I want to put the correct the contorn of line .
The line this between the sea and the vegetation.

I use the comands:

CALL MPSETI ('DO - DOTTED OUTLINE FLAG', 0)
CALL MAPDRW
