Hi Leonard,

It sounds like maybe your environment for using idt/ictrans
is not set up quite right.

Can you type the following:

    which idt
    which ictrans
    ictrans -Version
    printenv NCARG_ROOT
    ls $NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/graphcaps
    ncargpath graphcaps

and let me know what it reports?
