ggkwdr error

Hello,

I built NCARG-5.1.0 (only) from source but when I run the exemple with the command ncargex cpex08 I get this log:

I noticed a similar problem in the known problem section (problem no3) so I did
cd ncarg2d/src/libncarg_gks
rm awi/ggkwdr_stub.o
make all install
Then I did ncargex cpex08 again but I still get the same error log. Any thoughts or suggestion?
