code to make NCAR Graphics 4.0 logo?

   NCAR Graphics 4.0 came with a nice logo (the sphere with brightly
colored equator & longitude lines). I'd like to use that image as the
"icon" for NCL files on my Mac, instead of the ugly & overused one the
Mac picks. Is the code to create that sphere available anywhere?
