Fedora 8 restructured the xorg (X11) packages so that the include files
and the library files exist in the standard system paths, /usr/include
and /usr/lib (or /usr/lib64, depending on your machine). I imagine that
you could easily remove those paths (or replace them with /usr/include
and /usr/lib, respectively) and the build script would be happy.
