libraries X11, Xpm, Xext

Hello,

I recently installed NCARG unix version 5.0.0 under Linux,
and I have a problem when compiling.

The message that returns says:
usr/lib/gcc-lib/i586-suse-linux/3.3.3/../../../../i586-suse-linux/bin/ld:
cannot find -lXpm

In the Makefile I am actually linking the libraries as:
-L/usr/X11R6/lib -lXpm -lX11 -lXext

I check that in /usr/local/X11R6 I only have /X11 and is a directory.

If you could give some advice in how to install/where to find these libraries,
it would be very appreciated.
