how can i plot streamlines with ncarg

hi,
i'm a little italian student, i've already installed ncarg on a mac osx.
i must do a hard work:

i've a codar-data.
i want plot the streamlines for a set of data like this :
file :

i've problem to translate the ncarg documentations, can you help me ?
the time == 1 for the first file then the other -.dat file have
2,...,3,..,4,...etc...

i've one file for one hour...

12_00_am_06-02-2006.dat
13_00_am_06-02-2006.dat
14_00_am_06-02-2006.dat
......
