    Hi everybody,

This is just a quick heads up that if you have upgraded your Mac
system to Tiger (MacOS 10.4), you can still use the NCAR Graphics
precompiled binaries that were built under Jaguar (MacOS 10.3)

If you are using "ncargf77" to compile your NCAR Graphics programs,
then you will probably need to edit this file (in
    $NCARG_ROOT/bin/ncargf77) and change the line:

    set libextra = "-lcc_dynamic"

    to

    set libextra = ""

I haven't had a full report yet on how NCAR Graphics does under Tiger,
so if anybody has experience with this and would like to post on it,
    go right ahead!

    Cheers,

    --Mary
