jing,
that resource controls the font size of the panel figure strings which are
those added a), b), c) etc strings that you can add to the corners of each
plot.
to change the font size of the panel common label bar use
lbLabelFontHeightF
make sure this is in the panel resources and not the individual plot
resources.
