Hello again,

I have now gotten ncgm2gif to run, however it stops about halfway
through and outputs: "ctrans: Command not found.

ncgm2gif: The 'ctrans' command failed. Please check your NCGM
to be sure it is valid."

I have ctrans in my $NCARG_ROOT/bin directory (and the $NCARG_ROOT
environment variable is set correctly), I am not sure why it can not be
found.

Any thoughts?
