Looks like you do not have a pre-defined MANPATH set.
Just do
setenv MANPATH $NCARG_ROOT/man
and proceed I guess. You will not receive this error then.
Best thing to do would of course be to set MANPATH to the
path where your man pages are in your .cshrc
When you do this MANPATH will be difined next time you logon
and again you will not get this error.
