    "simulatebg" is not a file, but rather an option to "ctrans" that you
    specify with "-simulatebg". See the "ctrans" man page for
    more information.

    However, rather than trying to use this option, I highly recommend
    setting up your color table so that the background color is the color
    that you want when you use "idt" to send it to another device.
