Compiling NCARG on Linux with Intel compilers

Hi, I'm trying to compile NCARG 4.3.1 with the
Intel C++ and Fortran (version 8) compilers on
Linux Redhat 7.3 and running into all sorts of
"challenges." Has anybody done this successfully,
and if so what sorts of compiler options did you use?

Somewhere on the NCARG site there's reference to a file
config/LINUX.Intel, but this file isn't included in
version 4.3.1. Which brings up another issue - is
there indeed a version 4.4.0 of NCARG? It's mentioned
in several places but I can't seem to actually find a
place to download it from.

Thanks,

Don Morton
