Dear Metwally Tarad,
It looks like you didn't set your NCARG_ROOT environment variable to
point to the root location of where you installed NCAR Graphics. For
example, if you installed NCAR Graphics to /usr/local/bin,
/usr/local/lib, and /usr/local/include, then you need to setenv
NCARG_ROOT to /usr/local.
