compile and link issue

    hey all,

    Perhaps someone can help me with the below problem? I am not sure what I am
    overlooking. I am trying to run NCARG on a laptop running Mandrake 9.1 and
    my .cshrc setting are exactly the same as those on my desktop running Redhat
    8 where NCARG works fine.

    Probably something silly I am missing...
