Dear Sir.

I had compiled the ncarg-4.2.3 on the RedHat 7.3 (i686) with the g77 and gcc and the config/LINUX. It is error on the linking libraries of the libdl.a. So, I am changing the config/LINUX file with the added command

#define ExtraSysLibraries -ldl

and then make Everything. The programe is complete and they are working.
