Dear Dr. Eppel,

I'll create a tarfile of all the HTML files and will put it in the
same location as where you download the source code and the
pre-compiled binaries. It will take me awhile, but look for it
sometime this afternoon at:

http://ngwww.ucar.edu/ng/download.html
