Bart and everybody else with RedHat 7.1 systems,
I have built and tested NCAR Graphics Version 4.2.2 on a Linux RedHat
7.1 system, and the binaries are available from:
http://ngwww.ucar.edu/ng4.2/download.html
These binaries were built with gcc/g77, but I believe you can link to
them with the Portland Group compilers if you also link in the "g2c"
library. I don't have PG on our 7.1 system, however, so I can't test
this to be certain. All I know is that it works on our RedHat 6.2
system.
Somebody has graciously offered me a RH 7.1 test system to try this
on, so I will eventually see if this works under RH 7.1.
