    I don't know about an *argument* called "hsvrgb", but there's a subroutine
    in NCAR Graphics named "HSVRGB", which is called using a statement like

      CALL HSVRGB (H,S,V,R,G,B)

    H, S, and V are input values in the HSV color specification scheme, while
    R, G, and B are output values in the RGB color specification scheme.
