list the following link to a script

http://ngwww.ucar.edu/info/ncgm2mpeg

to convert ncgm to mpeg format.
Unfortunately, the script no longer
seems to be linked.
 
I am trying to covert ncgm to mpeg
and would like to have this script.
Is it still available?
