There is no way to control the colors of the twenty-five elements of
the station model individually. The Wmap parameter "COL" can be used
to change the color of all of the elements at once.
None of the references we consulted indicted that there was a standard
for color of the various elements of the station model data. If someone
could point us to such a reference, we would implement it.
