How can I easily MIN & MAX ==> (i,j)s (fwd)

Greetings to all,

In my contour plot, I would like to print (I,J) of MAXIMUM and MINUM
values of my ARRAY(I,J).

I used information label routine, but it print only MIN & MAX values.
Additionally, I want also array values (i.e., at which grid (i,j) MIN or
MAX).

I would appreciate to those who gives idea.
