nh, sh Stereographic contour plots

Ncar Graphics Folks,

I am trying to write a subroutine to pass a global array and
contour data for only Northern or Southern Hemisphere in a
Stereographic polar projection. Has anybody done this? I
can't quite get it to work and there aren't any examples in
ncargex.
