Color contours with labelbar

Hello,

I'm sort of familiar with Conpack and Vectors (I've got a code to
generate unlabeled single color line contours, and sparse vectors), and I
would like to do color contours with a labelbar. I don't have time to learn
Areas enough to write my own scratch code, and I was wondering if anyone had
an example I could look at.

I'm doing a high density polar map. I'd like to normalize the
contours myself, if that's possible...but I don't mind if NCARG does
it as long as it makes sense.
