I tried to download the NCAR binaries from provided CD but
I was unable to get the downloaded binaries to work because the
machine is a 64 bit machine not a 32bit machine.
At least, I think that is what is going on.
Is there a way to get the compiler [ncargf77] to let me
use the 32 bit NCAR binaries?

Also, I would like to write NCAR code into my models and I am
now coding in F90. How can I rewrite the ncargf77 script to
behave like an ncargf90 script?
