writing a GUI for my NCAR plots

I am aiming to provide a graphical user interface for my
fortran programs that output plots using NCAR graphics. I
would like the ability to have pushbuttons and other widgets
and facilitate mouse control. Is there a Motif interface for
fortran and/or NCAR?

I'm using NCAR on ibm rs/6000s running AIX.
