Thanks to those who answered my question regarding a graphics system with gui.

I am thinking of installing Dec's Posix over my VMS system to provide those
users who want it, a Unix environment.

I wonder whether it is possible to install the latest Unix version of
NCARGrapnics within Posix.

Is anyone doing this, has tried this, or knows of reasons why it should or
should not work I would like to hear from you.
